Most sustainability strategies are built for investors and regulators, and the social value or community dimension gets added later, if at all. We spend two hours mapping the voices your next strategy needs to be designed with, before it’s written or refreshed, not after.

PRE-MORTEM 2035: WHY CLIMATE ACTION PLANS FAIL
